Alkington Grange Barns is located in the Rural North Shropshire Countryside, surrounded by farm land with many hedgerows and spectacular Oak trees. Our Bird watching area over looks the grassland and looks out over Wales & Cheshire.
Why not bring your binoculars to do a spot of Bird Watching, with Red Kites, Buzzards, Kestrels and Hawks, along with many hedgerow birds. You may if you are VERY quiet see our resident King Fisher, who likes to feed from our Natural pond!

SHROPSHIRE FALCONRY can offer you a personal and bespoke Bird of Prey Experience at their own premises set in the heart of the Shropshire countryside, just a short drive from us, here at Alkington Grange Barns They also have an Indoor Flying Arena and Training room. With approximately 70 birds on site, they offer Owl Experiences, Hawk walks, Talks and 1/2 day Falconry Experiences on site. You will never share your experience with anyone outside your party, so it will be carried out in a relaxed and personal environment.
