    Buttercups Hay Barn has two lovely  enclosed private patio areas.

    The patio at the side of the cottage is accessed via the sitting room and has stunning country views of the fenced wildlife pond.

    At the front of the cottage is a large area, perfect for catching the sun.

Buttercups Hay Barn.

This superb 5 Star detached barn offers spacious living accommodation and entertainment space, ideal for larger families or groups of friends. This stunning Georgian Hay Barn has been newly converted into a spectacular 6 bedroomed Holiday Cottage. The interior has been lovingly restored keeping the impressive oak trusses and beams, along with the original brick pillars, which appear throughout the building, creating a wonderfully luxurious atmosphere.


The barn has incredible views looking directly out across a picturesque wild life pond and then on across the farmland, looking into Cheshire and Wales. These views can be admired through the full length windows. Relax and enjoy watching the rich wildlife outside, whilst sipping something bubbly inside. A truly beautiful holiday cottage.

Entrance Hall: With downstairs cloak room & toilet.

Living area: With 50" Freeview TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, laminate floor and French doors leading to patio area.
Dining area: With handmade wooden table with chairs. 
Kitchen area: With Electric Range/ Microwave/ American-style Fridge/Freezer/Dishwasher/ Washing Machine/Tiled Floor and French Windows.


First Floor: With beams and brick pillars.


Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom 2: With bath, shower attachment, toilet and heated towel rail.


Via Separate staircase from ground floor leading to... 

Bedroom 4 & Bathroom 3: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Enclosed patio areas to the front and rear of the cottage with patio furniture in both areas.


Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Two travel cots, two highchairs and stairgates available on request. Shared coin-operated tumble dryer in external utility room.

Private Parking for 4 cars.

No Smoking within the property.

1 well behaved dog welcome ( Please keep you dog on a lead)

Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds of the farm.
